Due to hygiene reasons, Lauren Isobel Swim has a strict returns policy. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if you believe an item is faulty or damaged.

Can I return or exchange my items?

Change of Mind & Sizing

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide and individual product descriptions before purchasing. If you’re unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to ordering — we’re always happy to help.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

  • Clear photos showing the issue

All items are quality checked before dispatch.

Once assessed, and if approved, you may choose either:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit

What is not considered a fault

Lauren Isobel Swim is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • General wear and tear
  • Chlorine exposure
  • Sunscreen or tanning oils
  • Incorrect washing or care

Return Conditions (Faulty Items Only)

Where a refund is approved, processing times may take up to 10 business days, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and depending on your payment provider.

All approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original tags are attached
  • Hygiene sticker is fully intact
  • No marks, odours (including perfume), or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Sale & Promotional Items

  • All sale items are final sale
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
  • Sale prices will not be honoured once a promotion has ended

Faulty Sale Items

If a sale item is found to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If approved, you may choose:

  • Store credit
