International orders are transferred to a local delivery partner once they arrive in your country.

Delivery Responsibility & Risk

  • Responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier once your order has been dispatched
  • Risk passes to the customer once delivery is confirmed via tracking
  • Lauren Isobel Swim is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been completed

Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels

  • Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout
  • Parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees
  • Refunds will not be issued for parcels returned due to customer error

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If tracking shows an order as delivered, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.
