By placing an order with Lauren Isobel Swim, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Products & Care

  • Product colours may vary slightly from images shown online due to lighting and screen differences
  • Swimwear print placement may vary between garments, including on straps and ties
  • Not all styles are guaranteed to be restocked — please choose sizes carefully before purchasing
  • Lighter-coloured fabrics may stain when in contact with fake tan, makeup, sunscreen, or oils
  • Lauren Isobel Swim is not responsible for staining or damage caused after wear
  • Damage caused by wear and tear, chlorine, sunscreen, tanning oils, rough surfaces, or incorrect washing is not considered a manufacturing fault
  • Refunds or replacements will only be approved if an item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect

Lauren Isobel Swim is not liable to replace or refund swimwear that has been damaged due to misuse. It is the customer’s responsibility to take care when wearing the product and to avoid direct contact with rough surfaces or fabrics that may cause damage.

Discounts & Promotions

  • Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed
  • Discounts do not apply to shipping costs
  • Only one discount code may be used per order
  • Welcome or introductory discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale promotions
  • Welcome discounts do not apply to sale items or pre-order items
  • Sales may exclude certain products at our discretion

Sale & Promotional Items

  • All sale and promotional items are final sale
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless confirmed faulty
  • Sale prices will not be honoured once a promotion has ended
  • Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law

Gift With Purchase

If an order qualifies for a free gift and items are later returned, refunded, or adjusted for any reason, reducing the order below the eligibility threshold, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition.

If the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days once full payment is received
  • Physical goods are delivered via Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies
  • Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier
  • Lauren Isobel Swim will use reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe; however, delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed
  • Once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the delivery carrier, Lauren Isobel Swim is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lauren Isobel Swim is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery (including but not limited to missed events, holidays, or loss of opportunity). Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected.

Delivery Responsibility & Risk

  • Responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier once an order has been dispatched
  • Risk passes to the customer once delivery is confirmed via tracking or proof of delivery
  • Lauren Isobel Swim is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been completed

Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout
  • If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • Parcels returned due to being unclaimed or undeliverable may incur additional postage fees
  • Refunds will not be issued for parcels returned to sender due to customer error

Missing or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, you must lodge an enquiry directly with the courier (e.g. Australia Post)
  • Lauren Isobel Swim will assist where possible but does not accept liability for courier delays or service issues
  • Where required under Australian Consumer Law, remedies will be limited to the cost of the goods and standard delivery charges

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices
  • Lauren Isobel Swim cannot pay or be held responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays, which are outside our control
  • Some countries have customs thresholds or handling fees — we recommend checking with your local customs or tax authority prior to placing an order

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
  • If an order has already been dispatched, any request to cancel will be subject to our Returns policy
  • Lauren Isobel Swim reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at its discretion

Returns & Faulty Items

Due to hygiene reasons, Lauren Isobel Swim has a strict returns policy. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

General Returns Policy

  • We only accept returns for faulty items
  • Returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing are not accepted
  • All returns must be approved before being sent back
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with original tags attached and the hygiene sticker fully intact
  • When trying on swimwear, please keep underwear on underneath bikini bottoms

Faulty Items

  • All items are quality checked before dispatch
  • If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Faulty items must be assessed and approved before being returned
  • Refunds, replacements, or store credit will only be issued if the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect

Lauren Isobel Swim is not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear, chlorine, sunscreen, tanning oils, rough surfaces, misuse, or incorrect washing.

Conditions for Approved Returns

Where a return is approved (including faulty items or special circumstances at our discretion), the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Items must show no signs of wear, including odour (such as perfume), marks, stains, or damage
  • Original tags must be attached and the hygiene sticker must be fully intact
  • Items that have been washed will not be accepted
  • When trying on swimwear, please keep underwear on underneath bikini bottoms

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Shipping & Responsibility (Approved Returns Only)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated
  • Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service
  • Lauren Isobel Swim is not responsible for returns lost in transit
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • These conditions apply only where a return has been approved due to a confirmed fault or special circumstances

Refunds & Store Credit

Lauren Isobel Swim does not offer refunds unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • If a gift card was used, any approved refund will be returned to the same gift card
  • Refund processing times may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Store Credit

  • Store credit may be issued only for approved faulty items
  • Store credits are issued for the item value only and exclude shipping costs
  • Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue
  • Store credits issued for items purchased during a sale will not honour the original sale price at a later date

Website Use & Privacy

  • When you browse our website, add items to your cart, or enter your email and personal details at checkout, this information may be stored in accordance with our systems — even if an order is not completed
  • Customer information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • By using this website, you agree to our data collection and usage practices
